ROI survey program invitation for participation

Dear RosettaNet users:

To assess whether organizations are benefiting from RosettaNet standards use and adoption, a research team from Nanyang Technological University

(NTU) is working with RosettaNet Singapore and IDA, to conduct a survey to examine RosettaNet use and adoption among companies.

Type of Participation Required :

We would like to invite your organization to participate in this study by responding to a survey examining the benefits from RosettaNet implementation. The right person to fill in this survey would be the manager with an overall view of the company's ecommerce and RosettaNet implementations in the region. If your company has implemented RosettaNet globally, we would like to invite the RosettaNet or ecommerce manager for each region or country (US, Asia Pacific, etc.) to fill in the survey separately, and to respond on the company's benefits from RosettaNet implementation in the country or region. In addition, we would greatly appreciate if you can also extend the invitation to your suppliers or customers to participate in the study.

Benefits :

Each respondent will receive a benchmarking report that will benchmark their performance in various aspects of standards use for B2B e-commerce with other companies in the same industry. The benchmarking report will help you to analyze how using RosettaNet and other IOS standards are affecting business value in your organization. It will also help you to identify the strengths and weaknesses in your organization's strategy for standards use, compared to other companies.

Use of Survey Data :

Data resulting from your survey responses will be used only for research purposes and for identifying overall trends in standards use for B2B e-commerce. Only primary members of the research team will have access to these data. Confidentiality of your responses will be strictly protected. No identifiable company or individual data will be used in reports or publications.
